We are building, optimizing, and scaling Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, eBay, Walmart, and TikTok Shop brands—and we need a right-hand strategic operator to bring structure, efficiency, and execution to every aspect of the business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and wants to be deeply involved in building and scaling brands that dominate the market.

The Role: Right-Hand to the CEO/CMO

As Executive Operations Manager / Chief of Staff, you will serve as the go-to execution partner for the CEO/CMO, ensuring that every aspect of the business runs efficiently. You will orchestrate operations, manage projects, streamline workflows, and drive execution across multiple teams.

This role requires someone who is obsessed with organization, execution, and efficiency. You will anticipate challenges before they arise, remove bottlenecks, and ensure that nothing gets forgotten.

You will be working across multiple e-commerce channels, ensuring seamless coordination between operations, marketing, inventory management, and team execution.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

🛠 Operational & Strategic Execution

  • Act as the CEO/CMO’s right hand, keeping priorities, projects, and daily execution aligned.
  • Track and manage high-impact projects, ensuring they move forward efficiently.
  • Create systems and processes to eliminate inefficiencies and increase team productivity.
  • Anticipate problems before they happen—you don’t wait to be told what to do, you make things happen.

📅 Calendar, Email & Communications Management

  • Manage and streamline the CEO’s daily calendar—eliminating unnecessary distractions.
  • Handle 5+ email accounts, keeping the inbox under control and prioritizing important messages.
  • Ensure smooth communication between teams, vendors, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Keep projects, emails, and requests from slipping through the cracks.

📦 Omnichannel E-Commerce Operations

  • Oversee and optimize inventory management across Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, Walmart, and TikTok Shop.
  • Work with suppliers, warehouses, and fulfillment teams to ensure seamless logistics.
  • Help forecast inventory needs to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Keep an eye on performance metrics to identify areas for growth and improvement.

📊 Cross-Functional Team Coordination

  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and the entire team, ensuring accountability.
  • Work with marketing, operations, and fulfillment teams to drive execution of key initiatives.
  • Monitor KPIs, analytics, and reporting to ensure the business stays on track.

🚀 Growth, Scaling & Exit Strategy Participation

  • Help execute on the CEO’s high-level strategy for scaling brands to 7 and 8 figures.
  • Participate in the growth and positioning of brands for a possible future exit.
  • For the right person who can take ownership, equity may be in the future.

A Highly Skilled Operator – You’re obsessed with organization, systems, and execution. You live for getting things done and keeping everything on track.
E-Commerce & Omnichannel Experienced – You have experience managing operations in Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, Etsy, or similar platforms.
Proactive & Resourceful – You don’t need to be told what to do. You anticipate problems and solve them before they escalate.
Tech-Savvy & Analytical – You know how to navigate tools like Notion, Asana, Google Workspace, Slack, and data analytics dashboards.
Exceptional Communicator – You can coordinate between multiple teams and ensure alignment across projects.
Growth-Minded & Business-Savvy – You understand e-commerce growth levers and can help scale brands toward a high-value exit.
U.S.-Based & Available Full-Time – Able to work in EST time zone with availability for CEO/CMO requests.
