Description
• Process payroll for hourly employees, ensuring accuracy in timekeeping and deductions.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in status.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and reporting requirements.
• Perform reconciliation of payroll.
• Assist in the preparation of payroll-related reports and audits as needed.
• Assist with off-cycle payroll runs for the facility.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, benefits and research/resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate employee information and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain data on payroll metrics to drive improvement in payroll processing.
• Stay current on payroll regulations and best practices to recommend process improvements.
• Able to work at least one split shift per week to assist with any 2nd shift payroll questions.
• Perform other payroll-related duties as may be assigned.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
