Digital Technical Specialist - Power

As a Digital Technical Specialist aligned to Power brands, you'll be a collaborative technical expert and trusted advisor working with and across your clients, IBM's broader sales teams, and Business Partners. You'll understand clients' business and technical requirements within the current competitive landscape and, combining this with your knowledge of IBM's product suite, you'll present value-driving solutions that compel clients to invest in us. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Go-To Power Expertise: Act as the go-to Power expert with deep technical ownership of sales opportunities across your squad. * Technical Support in Sales Cycle: Provide technical support throughout the early technology sales cycle, including demos, proofs of concept and workshops for clients of all sizes, both prospective and existing. * Collaboration Across IBM Teams: Utilize a variety of collaboration tools and techniques to partner across IBM sales teams and specialists on territory management, strategies and opportunity identification. * Value Proposition and Competition Positioning: Position the value and advantages of assigned brand products in comparison to the competition. * Building a Personal Brand: Develop and maintain a strong personal brand that continually builds your reputation of trust, expertise, and credibility across a variety of digital platforms, including social media, forums and blogs, among others.
