Reporting directly to our Director of Strategic Business Partnership, this is an exciting opportunity to dive into the world of sales financial reporting and planning. As an FP&A Manager, you will partner closely with our sales teams to pinpoint key business drivers and craft strategies that maximize revenue. Your expertise in building and maintaining financial models will come to life as you utilize advanced data analysis techniques to generate actionable insights that drive our business forward. You will also prepare comprehensive operating plans and forecasts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to steer our budget planning cycles. A significant part of your role will involve managing OpEx and headcount forecasting for our Sales teams while enhancing our reporting capabilities to track key financial performance metrics. Our ideal candidate comes with at least 5 years of FP&A experience, particularly within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment, and is proficient in Excel and financial planning software like Workday Adaptive Insights.
