Overview
As a Marketing Leader, you’ll be integral in developing and executing a comprehensive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, with a significant emphasis on content marketing. This role’s top goal is to generate a large amount of leads. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise marketing strategy all the way through execution with content creation combined with a broader understanding of marketing in the tech, Web3, and financial services spaces. The aim is to establish Bastion as a recognized, influential player in the Web3 market, driving leads and nurturing potential customers through the sales funnel.
Responsibilities
Holistic Marketing Leadership:
Lead broader marketing campaigns, integrating content marketing efforts with overall strategies.
Collaborate with the team to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
Content Marketing Management:
Develop and execute a content marketing strategy to drive leads and assist in customer journey through the sales funnel.
Manage the creation of diverse content types, including articles, blog posts, social media, website content, sales materials, webinars.
Plan and maintain an editorial calendar, ensuring a steady stream of high-quality content.
Creative and Strategic Content Development:
Create product messaging; Generate ideas for content that aligns with business goals and audience interests.
Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging, informative content; recruit and oversee freelancers as needed.
Draft and edit content and ensure adherence to a defined style guide.
SEO/SEM and Analytics:
Integrate SEO/SEM best practices into content creation to enhance digital presence.
Use analytics tools to track content performance, optimizing strategies for maximum impact.
Content Testing and Optimization:
Test various content elements, such as headlines, to refine and improve engagement.
Regularly update and refresh old content to maintain relevance and effectiveness.
Public Relations Management:
Develop and execute a comprehensive PR strategy to enhance Bastion's visibility and reputation in the Web3 industry.
What We Look For
Extensive experience in content marketing, brand marketing, especially in the enterprise tech, Web3, and financial services sectors.
Proven track record in leading content-driven campaigns and GTM strategies.
Excellent leadership skills, with experience managing teams and external contributors.
Strong editing, writing, and communication skills.
Proficiency in SEO/SEM and using analytics to drive content strategy.

Optimize Content for Maximum Engagement:
Test and refine content elements to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Continuously update old content to keep it relevant and effective.
