Binance Accelerator Program - Data Analyst

Binance Accelerator Program is a concise 3 - 6 months program designed to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the world' s leading blockchain ecosystem. Alongside your job, there will also be a focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. You will be hired under a junior fixed term contract.


Responsibilities
  • Participate in data cleaning, analysis, and modeling for core business operations, extracting insights and transforming them into actionable business intelligence
  • Apply statistical analysis and machine learning techniques to develop data models that address real-world challenges (e.g., user behavior prediction, operational efficiency optimization)
  • Leverage large model technologies (e.g., LLMs) to explore innovative applications such as automated report generation and intelligent Q&A systems
  • Collaborate with business teams to translate data insights into visual reports (Dashboards/PPTs) that support management decision-making
  • Monitor data quality and contribute to the design and optimization of data collection, storage, and processing workflows


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related discipline
  • Proficient in data analysis tools (Python/R/SQL) and familiar with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn
  • Understanding of large model fundamentals and fine-tuning techniques (e.g., Prompt Engineering, Fine-tuning); hands-on experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib)
  • Ability to quickly grasp business needs and translate abstract problems into data-driven solutions
  • Strong data intuition, capable of identifying patterns, anomalies, and potential opportunities from large datasets
  • Fluency in English and Chinese is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
