Within the Vehicle Motion Division we design and develop state-of-the art safety and motion solutions for passenger cars, light trucks, and up to medium heavy truck. Vehicle Motion provides solutions for mobility through steering, braking, occupant safety, and vehicle dynamic sensors. Vehicle Motion is also a leader in the software and services that will support the future of Software Defined Vehicles.
Job Description
In this role, you will:
- Lead all financial reporting and analysis: This includes product line P&L reporting, ensuring on-time delivery (OTD) and first pass yield (FPY) for all business plan, current forecast, and month-end closing activities.
- Take the lead on product cost controlling: You will be responsible for relevant production plants in North America, including Mexico, acting as the main interface with these plants on all finance controlling matters.
- Prepare compelling financial presentations: You will support financial reviews for the North American organization.
- Drive impactful special projects: You will perform project calculations to support analysis and decision-making by the leadership team.
- Special revenue planning, forecast and tracking.
- Transfer price management and set up.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
- 3-5 years experience in finance, accounting or financial analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA
- Experience with Essbase, SAP, Hyperion and PnL Series
- Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills
- Strong analysis, presentation, communication and independent working skills
- 3-5 years plant and/or cost or sales controlling experience
- Automotive or related industry experience
