About the Role
As our first Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in helping Bridge scale thoughtfully by coordinating interviews, maintaining a healthy pipeline, and ensuring a world-class candidate experience. You’ll work closely with our recruiters and hiring managers to keep things running smoothly and bring structure and efficiency to our processes.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones using Ashby & Greenhouse, ensuring timely scheduling and clear communication with all stakeholders.
Support pipeline management by keeping our applicant tracking system up to date, moving candidates through stages, and flagging delays or bottlenecks.
Establish and maintain SLAs for interview scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate response times.
Champion a great candidate experience by acting as a point of contact, providing timely updates, and anticipating needs during the interview process.
Partner with recruiting and operations to track and report on key hiring metrics, helping us stay aligned with goals and uncover areas for improvement.
Optimize recruiting workflows by identifying inefficiencies and collaborating on improvements that make life easier for everyone involved.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
Has experience as a recruiting coordinator or in a similar administrative or operational role, ideally at a fast-growing startup.
Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Communicates clearly and professionally — both written and verbal.
Can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
Is familiar with (or eager to learn) Ashby, Greenhouse or similar ATS tools.
Understands the basics of recruiting operations, candidate funnel metrics, and analytics — or is excited to dive in and learn.
Cares deeply about creating an inclusive, thoughtful, and human candidate experience
Bonus Points

Familiarity with structured hiring practices
