Recruiting Coordinator

About the Role

As our first Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in helping Bridge scale thoughtfully by coordinating interviews, maintaining a healthy pipeline, and ensuring a world-class candidate experience. You’ll work closely with our recruiters and hiring managers to keep things running smoothly and bring structure and efficiency to our processes.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones using Ashby & Greenhouse, ensuring timely scheduling and clear communication with all stakeholders.

  • Support pipeline management by keeping our applicant tracking system up to date, moving candidates through stages, and flagging delays or bottlenecks.

  • Establish and maintain SLAs for interview scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate response times.

  • Champion a great candidate experience by acting as a point of contact, providing timely updates, and anticipating needs during the interview process.

  • Partner with recruiting and operations to track and report on key hiring metrics, helping us stay aligned with goals and uncover areas for improvement.

  • Optimize recruiting workflows by identifying inefficiencies and collaborating on improvements that make life easier for everyone involved.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has experience as a recruiting coordinator or in a similar administrative or operational role, ideally at a fast-growing startup.

  • Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

  • Communicates clearly and professionally — both written and verbal.

  • Can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.

  • Is familiar with (or eager to learn) Ashby, Greenhouse or similar ATS tools.

  • Understands the basics of recruiting operations, candidate funnel metrics, and analytics — or is excited to dive in and learn.

  • Cares deeply about creating an inclusive, thoughtful, and human candidate experience
