We’re looking for our Lead Product Manager (who will also be our first PM) to play a critical role in defining our product strategy, shipping impactful features, and driving user adoption. You will wear multiple hats, working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and leadership to build and launch products that delight users and solve real problems. This is a unique opportunity to shape both the product and the culture of product management at Brisk Teaching.
Own the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to execution.
Work closely with our Founder and stakeholders to define and refine product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Conduct user research and data analysis to deeply understand customer needs and pain points.
Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring we are shipping high-impact features quickly.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Design and Engineering to rapidly prototype, test, and launch MVPs.
Establish and iterate on metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvements.
Be scrappy and resourceful—find creative solutions to challenges with limited resources.
Build scalable processes and best practices for product development as the team grows.
A BA or BS, preferably in a technical field.
4-10 years of product management experience in a venture-backed early-stage startup.
Strong track record of taking a product from 0 to 1 at high execution velocity.
Deep user empathy and a passion for solving meaningful problems in education.
Comfortable working in ambiguity and wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to balance scrappiness with long-term strategic thinking.
Experience with industry development methodologies and data-driven decision-making.
Prior experience in SaaS or consumer-facing venture-backed companies.
Technical background or familiarity with software development processes.
Experience leading and scaling product teams.
