We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Leasing Admin/Coordinator to join our team in the vibrant Hudson Yards neighborhood of Manhattan, New York. This is an in-person position where the ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a professional and efficient office environment, providing exceptional support to our leasing team, and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities:
Front Office Management:
• Answer phones and respond to emails promptly.
• Greet and register guests in person.
• Maintain the office atmosphere, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
Administrative Support:
• Manage and organize computer file folders.
• Perform calendar management and scheduling.
• Assist agents with various administrative duties.
• Prepare and send follow-up emails as needed.
Leasing Support:
• Manage and update apartment listings.
• Compile and maintain leasing reports.
• Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas.
• Take detailed meeting minutes and distribute them accordingly.
• Broker event coordination.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, OneDrive, Forms, and Google Docs.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the real estate or property management industry.
• Familiarity with leasing procedures and terminology.
• Familiarity with the Onsite leasing and funnel system is a bonus but not required.

The salary range for this position is $65,000-$75,000
