ABOUT THIS ROLE: 

As a VBDC sales agent, you are the first contact of web customers who have shown an interest in a new or used vehicle. Your goal is to understand their needs and convince them to come to the dealership.  

The key responsibilities include:

  • Achieving and exceeding the VBDC’s objectives with respect to customer service standards, sales objectives, call duration and other objectives.

  • Demonstrate professionalism at all times: on the phone and in emails.

  • Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

ABOUT YOU:  

  • Strong communication skills with proven ability to produce engaging, thoughtful and relevant content for press releases and bylines.

  • Bilingualism (English and French).

  • Sense of initiative, adaptability, meticulousness, and good judgment.

  • 3 years of sales experience and ability to identify a sales opportunity.

  • Flexible availability (possibility to work evenings and weekends).

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and align teams to work towards common goals.

Preferred: 

  • Automotive industry expertise preferred.

Compensation Notes: This role is a commission based position subject to a minimum of $4000 / month.

En tant qu'agent VBDC, vous êtes le premier interlocuteur des clients web ayant manifesté leur intérêt pour un véhicule neuf ou d'occasion. Votre objectif est de comprendre leurs besoins et de les convaincre de venir chez le concessionnaire.  

Les responsabilités principales comprennent :

  • Atteindre et dépasser les objectifs du VBDC en ce qui concerne les normes de service à la clientèle, les objectifs de vente, la durée des appels et autres objectifs.

  • Faire preuve de professionnalisme à tout moment : au téléphone et dans les courriels.

  • Effectuer d'autres tâches assignées par le superviseur immédiat.
     

AU PROPOS DE VOUS:

  • Compétences en communication et capacité à produire du contenu engageant, réfléchi et pertinent.

  • Bilinguisme (anglais et français).

  • Sens de l'initiative, de l'adaptabilité, de la minutie et du bon jugement.

  • 3 ans d’expérience en vente et capacité à identifier une opportunité de vente.

  • Disponibilité flexible (possibilité de travailler les soirs et les fins de semaine).

  • Capacité à travailler de manière interfonctionnelle et à aligner les équipes pour travailler vers des objectifs communs.
