People Operations Associate (Internal)
Cartwheel, an early-stage startup building technology-enabled mental health services for schools, is looking for a highly organized HR Operations Associate to join their team. The role involves managing HR systems, onboarding processes, and employee engagement initiatives.
Skills
- Strong understanding of HRIS systems
- Exceptional communication skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in HR systems and Google Suite
Responsibilities
- Overseeing end-to-end onboarding process for new hires
- Leading new hire orientation sessions
- Managing HRIS systems and people data
- Coordinating employee movement within the organization
- Assisting in planning and coordination of employee engagement initiatives
