JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/ObjectiveAssist the legal department in its operations.
Essential Functions1. Drafts and prepares correspondence and various written documents under the direction of an attorney. 2. Establishes and maintains records. 3. Sorts incoming mail and email. 4. Making and sending copies of documents via mail and email. 5. Tracks outbound documents/correspondence. 6. Tracks upcoming lease renewals and the status of various legal documents.

Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Days and hours may vary depending on workload.
