The Mission of the San Francisco Department of Public Health (SFDPH) is to protect and promote the health of all San Franciscans. Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer/Nursing Home Administrator, the primary goal and responsibility of the Assistant Nursing Home Administrator (ANHA), Support Services (0941 Manager VI) is to provide a home-like environment for residents of the distinct part skilled nursing facility (D/P SNF) at the Laguna Honda Hospital and Rehabilitation Center (LHH) and to protect and promote their resident rights. This position leads, guides, and directs the operations of the D/P SNF healthcare facility in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations, standards, and established facility policies and procedures to provide appropriate care and services to residents.
The Assistant Nursing Home Administrator (ANHA), Support Services (0941 Manager VI) provides leadership and direction in developing new programs and establishing organizational policies, priorities, and objectives, and directs and coordinates the implementation of program changes. The Assistant Nursing Home Administrator (ANHA), Support Services (0941 Manager VI) makes decisions that directly impact the facility including the health and welfare of the residents cared for, staff employed, and the community served.

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
