Job Summary

Responsible for participating in Field Operations duties. Completes work assignments independently or with minimal supervision/guidance. Coordinates activities of others. Has developed specialized knowledge/skills in own area. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

** In Office Position in Pennsauken, NJ**

Core Responsibilities

  • Performs various maintenance technical functions such as job planning and scheduling, troubleshooting and providing technical advice on repair techniques etc.
  • Provides technical consultation and prepares special studies on operational and maintenance problems and concerns, as required by management.
  • Assists a variety of internal teams and departments with developing and executing plans to provide information and insights.
  • Makes suggestions and recommendations to improve Field Operations' procedures.
  • Assists with training new employees on daily tasks and specialized equipment.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
