Join the power movement as a Manufacturing Engineer - NPI
As a Manufacturing Engineer at CFS, you will play a crucial role in transitioning new products from development to full-scale production. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product design, quality assurance, supply chain, and production, to ensure the introduction of new products to manufacturing. The ideal candidate has a strong engineering background, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience with moving products from R&D into manufacturing.

Your expertise in engineering and problem-solving will help tackle manufacturing challenges while adhering to quality, cost, and production targets. You will design efficient production layouts, develop and optimize manufacturing processes, and produce critical documentation like work instructions and process flow diagrams. Your thoughtful analysis will guide product improvements, and your hands-on training will empower production staff to excel. With a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering and at least 5 years of experience transitioning products from R&D to manufacturing, you'll thrive in our fast-paced environment.
