Sr. Support Engineer

Role: Sr. Support Engineer
Job Type: Full Time, Remote

Do you want to work with founders who have built great products, had successful exits and been through the IPO journey? If so, Crogl is looking for you! Join us as our first technical support engineer. Delight customers with your attitude and your technical expertise. 

What You Will Do

  • Primary technical support contact for Crogl customers

  • Diagnose and resolve issues with data platforms, security tools, and cloud systems

  • Collaborate with engineering to address escalations and improve product quality

  • Create and maintain knowledge base articles and technical documentation

  • Identify trends in issues and recommend solutions to enhance performance

What You Bring

  • A passion for listening, diagnosing and solving problems for customers.

  • Experience with databases, datalakes and log tools (Postgres, Databricks, Splunk)

  • Experience with compound AI components (LLM’s, Vector DBs) 

  • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)

  • Strong troubleshooting skills for integrations, security and data systems
