Your Role: Sales Manager


As a Sales Manager at CrowdRiff, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales team's success. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, you will lead and manage a team of 5 Account Executives, leveraging your extensive experience and sales acumen to elevate our sales operations. Your responsibilities will include guiding and mentoring your team, implementing best practices, and optimizing sales methodologies to maximize revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record as an Account Executive and then as a Sales Leader. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, adaptability, and a deep understanding of sales metrics and reporting.


What you'll do:
  • Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5+ Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Coaching & Development: Provide regular training, coaching and feedback to Account Executives, helping them to improve their sales techniques and close rates
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales metrics, providing actionable insights to improve team performance
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Director of Sales, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Implement and refine sales strategies and methodologies to drive revenue growth
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any sales-related issues, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement
  • Adaptability: Stay abreast of industry trends and adjust strategies as needed to maintain a competitive edge


Ideally, you'll have:
  • Demonstrated success as an Account Executive, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience as a team lead able to motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • In-depth knowledge of effective sales strategies and best practices and when to apply them
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales data and metrics to inform decision-making and strategy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver constructive feedback and present reports to senior leadership effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address challenges proactively and efficiently
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
