About the role:
We’re looking for an experienced Solutions Engineer to join our Go To Market team. In this role you will help qualify customers, set them up for a successful POC, help onboard their production environment, helping them successfully adopt new features. Gathering feedback along the way to make the customer experience as smooth as possible. And also helping with the occasional support case. You own our technical customer relation.
What you will do:
Help our GTM team qualify complex use cases.
Help prospects understand how c/side works, set up an implementation plan, assist in onboardings and dig deeper into their current web implementation.
Demo the solution to customers and build specific customer demo environments that relate to the customer’s own environment.
Handle support tickets, dig deep into bugs and (reported) issues to make sure customers have the best experience.
You’ll maintain our customer facing documentation.
You’re not shy to build basic improvements and bugfixes to our product when you can.
About you:
You love a cat and mouse game!
You care about customer satisfaction and want to protect end users.
The fact that you are in a key position to stop bad actors from impacting unknowing individuals motivates you.
You have a deep understanding of JavaScript, browsers and the web security industry.
You’ve participated in capture the flag events or regularly spend time doing whitehat hacking or bug bounties.
You’re self managing and want to disrupt the client-side (and web) security market.
You're an excellent communicator and know how to discuss difficult technical subjects in easy to understand language.
You have at least 3-5 years prior work experience.
