JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Full Stack Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing scalable software solutions that power our systems. This role will lead architectural design efforts, optimize system performance, and ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end technologies. The idea candidate has extensive experience with cloud environments (AWS), API development, database management, and modern development workflows.

EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred. Looking for candidates with 5 + years in fast paced environment with the technical tools listed.
JOB RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
Proven experience in front-end and back-end development, particularly with Ruby on Rails and MySQL.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for building dynamic web applications.
Experience with AWS Services, serverless architecture, and cloud-based application management.
Hands-on experience deploying, managing, and scaling applications on AWS.
Expertise in designing, developing, and securing RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with API security practices, including OAuth and JWT authentication.
Strong understanding of web application security and encryption best practices.
Ability to optimize application performance, including database query efficiency and caching strategies.
Experience working in Agile development environments with SCRUM methodologies.
Ability to lead development projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality solutions on time.
