We are seeking a Product Operations Manager to join our fast-growing payroll SaaS team, with a specific focus on the Canadian market. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our product and operations, ensuring our payroll platform remains competitive, efficient, and aligned with the needs of local users. Your focus is on functionality, usability, and process scalability.

  • Collaborate with Product Managers to pass on well-structured product requirements and enhancement proposals.

  • Coordinate communication and training for internal stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and usage.

  • 5+ years in payroll operations or equivalent payroll roles.

  • Strong knowledge of Canada payroll legislation and practices.

  • Prior experience working with or managing payroll software platforms

  • Proficiency in data analysis, BI tools (SQL, Looker, Snowflake, Datadog, Excel/Sheets) and superior presentation skills to effectively communicate insights and recommendations.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to investigate complex issues and propose scalable solutions.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication.

  • Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
