Job Summary
  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Infrastructure Engineer to join our Infrastructure Team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and auditable infrastructure systems. You will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our systems, contributing directly to the organization’s goals of operational excellence and compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement Scalable Systems: Collaborate on the development of infrastructure that can adapt to the organization's evolving needs.
  • Ensure Infrastructure Auditability: Build systems with traceability and transparency to meet audit and compliance requirements, including SOC 2 standards.
  • Support Security and Compliance: Implement security best practices to ensure infrastructure meets the highest standards for reliability and protection.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with engineering and other teams to gather requirements and deliver effective infrastructure solutions.
  • Monitor and Maintain Infrastructure: Deploy tools to monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize reliability and uptime.
  • Contribute to Team Goals: Participate in planning sessions and team initiatives, aligning with the Infrastructure Team Lead’s vision and organizational objectives.


Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in infrastructure/devops engineering
  • Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) and experience automating manual processes.
  • Strong understanding of monitoring and alerting systems, with a focus on uptime and performance metrics.
  • Strong understanding of networking (BYO IP procedures and management, ASN etc.)
  • Proven ability to execute infrastructure projects on time, with a keen eye for cost-efficiency and quality.
  • Proven hands-on experience standing up and managing Kubernetes clusters at scale.
  • Proven hands-on experience managing infrastructure in major clouds like AWS, GCP etc.
  • Proven hands-on experience managing CI/CD pipelines (Github Actions, CircleCI etc.).
  • Deep understanding of compliance frameworks like SOC 2 and best practices for infrastructure auditability.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Passion for contributing to a collaborative culture that values innovation, continuous improvement, and personal accountability.
  • This role may require occasional domestic and international travel. All standard travel expenses will be covered in accordance with the company's travel reimbursement policy.
