Minimum Qualifications:
- MSc in the fields of Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Computer/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and applied skills in mathematical optimization, robotic control, motion planning, and related SW tools and libraries
- 6+ years of experience in Python and/or C/C++ with the ability to design and write quality code.
- 3+ years or experience in collaborative software development (design methodologies, SCRUM, version control, software testing, etc.)
- 3+ years of experience with developing HW-aware algorithms for neuromorphic hardware systems or other novel AI accelerators.
- Experience with motion planning, robotic control, and robotics in general.
-Excellent communication skills, customer-oriented, attention to detail and demonstrated project management skills.
- Work permit in Germany.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with compiler development for AI accelerators.
- Experience with mathematical optimization algorithms and graph search.
- Experience with performance profiling and benchmarking algorithms and hardware architectures.
- Good grasp of basic computer architecture principles and algorithms.
- Prior contributions to open-source projects.
