Engineer II (Test Automation - Quick Commerce)

We are on the lookout for a skilled Engineer II (Test Automation) to join our Quick Commerce Operations Tribe and contribute to building the next-generation quick-delivery platform. You'll work with a team of tech experts in over 50 countries, empowering global vendor partners to scale their businesses online. We are a dynamic team focused on developing solutions that cover order fulfillment, assortment, promotions and inventory management. Our vendor customers—ranging from small corner shops to large supermarkets—rely on our reliable, data-driven platform to reach consumers through mobile, web, and API interfaces.

As a Test Engineer in our cross-functional squad, you will:

• Champion Quality – Advocate for quality across the team and own the QA strategy.

• Test Automation – Automate critical end-to-end flows and enhance automation tools.

• Issue Investigation – Troubleshoot and respond to requests from global teams.

• Monitoring & Improvement – Track product quality metrics, logs, and alerts while recommending observability enhancements.

• Exploratory Testing – Conduct exploratory testing as needed to identify potential issues.

• Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with developers, UX/UI designers, data experts, and product managers to improve vendor-facing applications.

• Quality Assurance Experience – 2+ years of experience in QA, including test strategy, case creation, and documentation.

• Android App Testing – 2+ years of hands-on experience testing Android applications.

• Test Automation – 2+ years of experience with automation tools like Appium, RestAssured, and Cucumber.

• Programming Skills – Strong knowledge of OOP languages such as Java or Kotlin.

• Technical Understanding – Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into clear documentation.

• Communication Skills – Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Bonus Skills

• Test Automation & Development – Experience with Appium/Espresso and software development (Android experience is a plus).

• Cloud & CI/CD – Familiarity with cloud environments (GCP) and CI/CD pipelines like Drone CI, GitHub Actions, or Bitrise.

• Monitoring & Debugging – Strong experience with logging, monitoring, and alerting tools such as Grafana, Crashlytics, or Sentry.
