Trainee-jaksosi kestää 5 kuukautta ja alkaa toukokuussa 2025.

Työn kuvaus

HR Traineena työskentelet monipuolisissa henkilöstödatan hallintaan ja koordinointiin liittyvien tehtävien parissa osana tiimiä. Työssäsi pääset tutustumaan työsuhde- ja etuprosessien koordinointiin, HR-järjestelmätyöhön sekä raportointiin. Pääset mukaan varmistamaan erinomaista asiantuntijakokemusta tukemalla asiantuntijoita päivittäisissä työsuhde- ja henkilöstöasioissa. Traineena työn kuvaasi kuuluu paljon datan päivitystä ja oikeellisuuden varmistamista.

Teet tiivistä yhteistyötä mahtavan yhteishengen omaavan HR Operations -tiiimin, sekä sidosryhmiemme kanssa toimintojen sujuvuuden varmistamiseksi. Saat tueksesi myös parinkymmenen hengen iloisen ja osaavan laajemman HR & Talent tiimin.

Traineena olet tärkeä osa HR Operations -tiimiämme ja pääset kehittämään osaamistasi sekä hankkimaan arvokasta työkokemusta kansainvälisessä organisaatiossa. Otamme huomioon yksilöt ja panostamme erityisesti palautteen antamiseen ja coachaamiseen kaikilla uratasoilla. Meillä on matala hierarkia ja työmme rakentuu asiantuntijoidemme vahvuuksien ympärille. Päivittäisessä työskentelyssäsi sinua tukevat niin tiimiläiset kuin coachisi.

Haluamme mahdollistaa asiantuntijoillemme mahdollisimman joustavan työskentelyn niin ajan kuin paikankin suhteen. Työskentelemme hybridimallissa, ja tapaamme viikoittain myös paikan päällä uudella toimistollamme Ruoholahdessa.

Pätevyydet

Sovit loistavasti joukkoomme, jos olet kiinnostunut operatiivista datan hallinnan tehtävistä ja jos nautit koordinoivasta, asiakaspalveluhenkisestä työstä. Arvostamme järjestelmällistä työotettasi, kykyäsi reagoida muuttuviin tilanteisiin ja ratkaisukeskeistä ajattelutapaasi. Lisäksi uskomme, että menestyt tehtävässä erinomaisesti, jos sinulla on:

  • kokemusta tietojärjestelmien itsenäisestä käytöstä ja datan hallinnasta (katsomme eduksi kokemuksen HR-järjestelmien itsenäisestä käytöstä).
  • henkilöstötyöhön suuntautuva korkeakouluopintotausta – voit olla jo valmistunut tai opintojesi loppuvaiheessa
  • erinomaiset vuorovaikutus- ja yhteistyötaidot niin suomeksi kuin englanniksi
  • hyvät Excel –taidot
  • luontaista kiinnostusta yksityiskohtiin sekä kärsivällisyyttä ja tarkkuutta vaativiin tehtäviin
