We are currently seeking a People and Culture Advisor who will be responsible for supporting and enhancing Dulcedo’s workplace culture, employee experience, and HR processes. This role involves a mix of HR advisory, employee relations, and cultural initiatives to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un conseiller en ressources humaines et culture qui sera chargé de soutenir et d'améliorer la culture du lieu de travail de Dulcedo, l'expérience des employés et les processus RH. Expectations / Attentes
  • Conduct annual performance reviews to assess, provide feedback, and set goals for employees
  • Oversee quarterly reviews to track progress, address concerns, and offer recommendations
  • Develop and implement exit plans, conduct interviews, and ensure smooth offboarding processes
  • Manage employee onboarding, training, and integrationGenerate and analyze HR reports, providing insights and ensuring data accuracy
  • Conduct salary reviews, market research, and compensation adjustments
  • Lead warning and disciplinary meetings, document discussions, and ensure policy compliance
  • Oversee employee terminations, documentation, and final payroll processing
  • Procéder à des évaluations annuelles des performances afin d'évaluer, de fournir un retour d'information et de fixer des objectifs pour les employés.
  • Superviser les évaluations trimestrielles afin de suivre les progrès, de répondre aux préoccupations et de formuler des recommandations.
  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans de sortie, mener des entretiens et veiller à ce que les processus d'intégration se déroulent sans heurts.
  • Gérer l'accueil, la formation et l'intégration des employés.
  • Générer et analyser des rapports sur les ressources humaines, en fournissant des informations et en veillant à l'exactitude des données.
  • Procéder à des révisions salariales, à des études de marché et à des ajustements de rémunération.
  • Diriger les réunions d'avertissement et les réunions disciplinaires, documenter les discussions et veiller au respect des politiques.

  • 3-5 years of experience in an HR role, specializing in company culture initiatives
  • Experience in small to medium sized businesses
  • Experience in a fast past, startup environment an asset
  • Full proficiency in French and English
  • Strong organizational skillsAbility to navigate numerous internal and external meetings per week
  • Degree in HR preferable
