Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Hybrid, Century City
Job Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM SAST
Monthly Salary: R32 000 (Negotiable based on experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with business goals and deliver measurable impact.
  • Coordinate and support the marketing team, ensuring seamless execution of content, paid ads, and social media initiatives.
  • Oversee and optimise paid advertising campaigns across platforms to maximise ROI and conversion rates.
  • Manage social media and email marketing strategies, collaborating with the existing team to maintain brand consistency and audience engagement.
  • Support website and e-commerce management (Shopify, WordPress), working with internal teams to optimise content and performance.
  • Track, analyse, and report on key marketing KPIs, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve campaign performance.
  • Ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives, working closely with leadership to drive lead generation, brand growth, and revenue impact.
  • Liaise with external agencies and freelancers, enhancing execution and scaling marketing activities efficiently.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.

  • Proven experience in hands-on marketing and team management, with a strong focus on campaign execution and optimisation.
