Stellenbeschreibung

  • Strategische Personalführung: Entwicklung und Umsetzung von langfristigen People-Strategien, die mit den Unternehmenszielen in Einklang stehen.
  • Personalmanagement: Übernahme der Verantwortung für die gesamte Employee Journey – von der Rekrutierung und Onboarding bis hin zur Weiterentwicklung und Offboarding.
  • Mitarbeiterentwicklung: Aufbau und Pflege von Programmen zur Talentförderung, einschließlich Schulungen, Mentoring und Leadership-Programmen.
  • Kulturentwicklung: Förderung einer positiven, inklusiven und produktiven Unternehmenskultur, die Teamarbeit und Innovation unterstützt.
  • Prozessoptimierung: Optimierung der bestehenden HR-Prozesse und -Systeme zur Verbesserung der Effizienz und der Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit.
  • Datenorientierung: Nutzung von People Analytics zur Auswertung von Mitarbeiterdaten, Identifizierung von Verbesserungspotentialen und Entwicklung gezielter Maßnahmen.
  • Führung: Leitung und Weiterentwicklung eines Teams von HR-Professionals, das die operativen HR-Themen betreut und gleichzeitig als Ansprechpartner für das gesamte Unternehmen fungiert.
  • Compliance und Recht: Sicherstellung der Einhaltung arbeitsrechtlicher Vorschriften und Unternehmensrichtlinien.

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Psychologie, HR-Management oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer leitenden HR-Position, idealerweise in einem Start-up im Bereich People Operations, Talent Management oder Personalentwicklung.
  • Ausgeprägte Führungskompetenzen und Erfahrung in der Leitung und Entwicklung von HR-Teams.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Arbeitsrecht, HR-Technologien und People Analytics.
  • Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten und komplexe Herausforderungen strategisch zu lösen.
  • Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Empathie im Umgang mit Mitarbeitern auf allen Ebenen.
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit HR-Software und modernen Tools zur Prozessoptimierung.
