Our Client Accounts department is dedicated to driving sustainable wagering and delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective account management. Focused on loyalty, the Client Accounts team builds strong connections between customers and products, using modern technologies and customer insights to identify, satisfy, and retain clients.
As our Business Development Executive (BDE) you will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition, reactivation, and engagement. You will have the opportunity to connect with customers both in-person and through digital communication channels, creating a positive and lasting impact on customer loyalty, satisfaction, and lifetime value.
As a BDE, you’ll be at the heart of customer interactions, hosting events and crafting engaging experiences. Your confident social and telephone skills will be key in building strong, one-on-one relationships with customers. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you’ll be part of a growing, energetic team dedicated to expanding and enhancing our customer base.

At Entain AUS & NZ, we embrace flexibility by offering a hybrid working model, allowing employees to spend two days a week in the office to promote work-life balance and accommodate individual preferences. This role is located in the Victoria region, with an accessible Melbourne office.
This is an exciting, fast-paced role that requires flexibility in work hours, including travel, evenings and weekends, as you’ll be supporting the business’s 7-day operations.
