The Business Controller is responsible for providing financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting and analysis for a group of business units within the US Environment Division. The Business Controller partners with the leaders of the Eurofins businesses to improve forecasting, cost control, understanding of financial position, capital investment analyses, and review of month end financials and assurance of appropriate accruals and accounting accuracy.

As a Business Controller, you’ll find yourself in a pivotal role directly supporting our financial integrity and operational efficiency across the US Environment Division. In this position, you'll work closely with the management teams to enhance budget projections and financial analyses, while providing insightful guidance to help maintain accurate financial reporting. Your expertise in accounting will shine as you develop crucial KPIs and metrics, review month-end financials, and oversee capital spending requests. We’re looking for someone with a strong analytical mindset who can communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and who thrives in a collaborative environment. A basic qualification of a BS/BA in Accounting or a related field is necessary, along with at least five years of accounting experience, preferably with a focus in Financial Planning & Analysis. Familiarity with Excel and accounting software is essential; knowledge of GAAP is a plus! You'll also have the chance to participate in exciting projects, like preparing M&A projections and supporting the integration of newly acquired businesses.
