Major, Lindsey & Africa’s Interim Legal Talent group has an immediate need for an Interim Contracts Manager or Interim Contracts Counsel.Overview: Our client seeks a skilled Interim Contracts Manager or Interim Contracts Counsel for an interim to permanent opportunity.Company: Our client is a well-respected imaging and diagnostic company.Experience: Five or more years’ experience advising life sciences clients on commercial agreements.Location: Hybrid; Bedford, Massachusetts.Responsibilities Include:• Review, negotiate, and draft a variety of commercial agreements, including vendor agreements, licensing agreements, clinical contracts, including confidential disclosure agreements (CDAs), and health care professional (HCP) agreements.• Serve as a point of contact for sales and procurement teams on contractual issues.• Conduct legal research as needed.Qualifications Include:• Excellent academic and professional credentials.
