About Full Funnel Growth (FFG)

Full Funnel Growth (FFG) is a premier growth marketing agency partnering with ambitious eCommerce and B2B brands to scale revenue through performance marketing, retention, SEO, design, and development. We’re a remote-first team that thrives on collaboration, creativity, and measurable impact. Our clients range from challenger startups to global brands—and we're looking to bring creative leadership in-house to elevate every aspect of our work.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Creative Director to lead FFG’s visual identity and creative vision—both internally and across our client portfolio. This role will own the upcoming brand overhaul for FFG, while also setting the tone for design and creative strategy across campaigns, websites, and ad creative. You’ll work closely with our founders, marketing leads, and clients to translate brand strategy into execution across Figma, UI/UX, and campaign creative. This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for a design leader who is equally comfortable pushing pixels as they are building systems and mentoring designers.

FFG Brand Ownership

  • Lead the rebrand of Full Funnel Growth—visual identity, web design, tone, and experience.
  • Own and evolve our design system, creative principles, and visual language.

Creative Strategy & Direction

  • Serve as the Creative Lead across all FFG clients, overseeing design strategy, branding, UI/UX, and campaign creative.
  • Collaborate with Growth, Paid, and Retention teams to translate marketing strategies into cohesive creative outputs.
  • Provide design reviews, feedback, and high-level creative direction to internal and external design resources.

Execution & Craft

  • Be hands-on in Figma—leading wireframes, mockups, brand design, and site/UI builds.
  • Develop brand guides, visual toolkits, and scalable creative systems across client industries.
  • Ensure design excellence across all touchpoints—landing pages, email, ads, social, and beyond.

Team Leadership

  • Mentor and grow a distributed team of designers and freelancers.
  • Lead design resourcing, workflow planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Establish and maintain creative processes that drive efficiency and innovation.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 6+ years of experience in design, with at least 2 years in a creative leadership role.
  • Mastery of Figma and deep knowledge of UI/UX best practices.
  • Proven experience leading brand identity projects and digital product design (especially eCommerce).
  • Exceptional design sensibility with strong attention to detail, layout, and systems thinking.
  • A creative strategist with an execution-first mindset—able to build, not just brief.
  • Experience working across multiple clients or industries, ideally in an agency environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex ideas into beautiful, functional design.
  • Experience guiding ad creative and collaborating with motion and performance teams a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive full-time salary based on experience.
  • Equity available for exceptional candidates.
  • Fully remote team with flexible hours.
  • Work on top-tier brands and help shape the next generation of agency creative.
