Junior Business Analyst, Operations

GOAT Group is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join their Operations Strategy team. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with an analytical mindset, ready to contribute to a trusted marketplace in the sneaker industry.

Responsibilities

Build dashboards and visualizations around Operations processes and metrics.
Create comprehensive financial models and reports.
Conduct ad hoc analyses and create charts to provide visibility into key metrics.
Monitor progress on department KPIs.
Identify patterns and outliers in data and present findings.
Conduct regular reviews of existing processes and recommend optimizations.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Statistics, or Computer Science.
