Role Overview:

Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 per year with a comprehensive benefits plan

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from a recognized institution.
  • Licensed in California as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT, or on track for licensure.
  • Prior experience in individual, family, and group therapy.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Dedication to inclusive and culturally competent care.
  • Effective verbal and written communication and teamwork skills.
