As a GE Appliances Associate Financial Analyst – Retail Sales, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Retail Channel ensuring attainment of annual goals for sales, cash, and EBIT.

How You'll Create Possibilities

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales teams to grow sales, drive efficiency, and deliver customer satisfaction
• Partner with Accounts Receivable reps for assigned accounts to ensure proper processing of customer credits and mitigation of past dues
• Own all reporting for select National Retail Customers and review commission results as needed
• Coordinate SG&A reporting and tracking for assigned National Accounts
• Review and post general ledger entries when needed
• Own all reporting for As-Is (scratch and dent products)  
• Input backside program offers for National Retail customers
• Review processes and look for process improvement opportunities (Ad Hoc requests)

• Communication Ability (Articulates financial concepts and information through verbal and written communication skills. Understands the audience to create presentations, proposals, emails, and meetings to demonstrate an idea or solution in a clear and concise manner.) – Proficient
• Controllership/Risk Management (Builds strong processes and provides inputs to align business projects and transactions with internal controls framework, accounting policies, related disclosures, and compliance policies. Ensures that potential risks are identified and mitigated and escalates issues that exceed risk tolerance.) –  Developing

Educational and Experiential Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; equivalent related experience may satisfy this requirement

Preferred Education/Experience

• Up to 2 years related experience
