What You’ll Do
We're seeking an experienced Senior People Operations Specialist to join our growing team at Haus. In this role, you'll be a key partner in managing our HR tech stack and ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions. You'll work cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and Compliance owners to maintain operational excellence in all aspects of our people operations and employee experience.

At Haus, a pioneering marketing science platform, we're on the hunt for a talented Senior People Operations Specialist to join our remote workforce. In this role, you'll become an integral part of our dynamic team, working side by side with our phenomenal cross-functional groups in Legal, Finance, and Compliance. Your primary focus will be managing our HR technology ecosystem, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently. With over 7 years of experience in People Operations or HR, including at least 3 years dedicated to compliance and systems, you’ll bring expertise that will help us develop and implement compliant HR policies in partnership with our Legal team. You’ll help us navigate complex employment issues, design key processes, and conduct audits to ensure the integrity of our data.
