Position: Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Schedule: Full-Time

Compensation: $110k - $140k / year

Bonus: Percent of Collections

Job Summary:

The Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) is a vital member of our healthcare team, providing comprehensive care to patients throughout the childbirth process. This role involves managing women's health concerns, including reproductive health, family planning, and preventive care. The CNM will support patients through all stages of pregnancy, labor, and postpartum care, ensuring a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide full-scope midwifery care, including prenatal, childbirth, and postpartum care.
  • Conduct gynecological exams and diagnose conditions related to the female reproductive system.
  • Manage labor, facilitate natural births, and assist in cesarean deliveries when needed.
  • Educate women, infants, and families on healthcare, wellness, and infant care.
  • Provide immediate newborn care and support parents with postnatal education.
  • Handle obstetric emergencies such as pre-eclampsia, postpartum hemorrhage, and premature birth.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate medical records, progress notes, and treatment plans.
  • Stay updated on best practices in midwifery and participate in professional development.
  • Uphold ethical standards and patient confidentiality.
  • Advocate for patient needs, offering physical and emotional support.
  • Educate patients about health risks and preventive measures related to pregnancy and childbirth.

Prerequisites / License & Certification Requirements:

  • Must be a Licensed Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) in Arizona (or eligible to obtain licensure).
  • Completion of a CNM program in the USA (excluding Puerto Rico).
  • Must be a Licensed Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) in Arizona (or eligible to obtain licensure).
  • Completion of a CNM program in the USA (excluding Puerto Rico).

Compensation: $110k - $140k / year
