We’re a startup at the intersection of video AI and social media, with experienced serial entrepreneurs, a very high caliber team, and solid financial backing. Our team is actively growing and we’re hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to help us scale.
You’ll join an experienced recruiting team and partner closely with hiring managers and founders to bring in exceptional talent across engineering, AI, and beyond.
What You’ll Do:
Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (engineering, AI/ML, product)
Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs and hiring goals
Source, screen, and close top talent across multiple functions
Support non-technical hiring as needed
Help optimize tools, processes, and candidate experience as we scale
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting
Startup experience — you’re scrappy, adaptable, and thrive in fast-moving environments
Strong experience hiring for AI/ML, engineering, or deeply technical roles
Comfortable working onsite 5 days/week in our San Francisco office
Bonus: experience recruiting for go-to-market or business roles

Compensation:
The expected salary range for this position is $145,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This position is eligible for additional benefits and incentives, including equity, health benefits, retirement plans, and others described above. We are committed to fair and transparent compensation practices.
