Your role at Hostinger


Head of Product Marketing (Horizons) is a part of the Product Marketing team. You’ll be responsible for leading the marketing strategy for our Hostinger Horizons product (AI, no code, web app builder). Your expertise and leadership will drive the expansion into new markets and the product’s overall success. In this role, you will fully own marketing activities and directions while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results. You will also be key in orchestrating a high-performing marketing team, fostering a proactive, responsive, and results-driven culture with a “can-do” attitude.

Your day-to-day
  • Develop and implement the marketing vision and strategy for Hostinger’s Horizons product, driving feature adoption and growth.
  • Monitor performance, identify key trends, and adjust strategies through regular reporting.
  • Set and manage investment strategies per country, aligning with overall portfolio goals.
  • Organize and distribute strategic plans, progress reports, and deliverables, ensuring high performance and alignment with business goals.
  • Initiate and manage cross-departmental projects to accelerate growth in selected countries, testing and optimizing strategies.
  • Lead high-performing teams to execute Hostinger Horizons marketing strategies and meet key business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and processes for efficient planning.
  • Define the scope of marketing initiatives, including timelines, resources, and costs.
  • Facilitate productive team meetings. Communicating action steps and ensuring alignment across marketing and product teams.


Your skills and experience
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, digital performance marketing, and partnership management.
  • Experience executing campaigns across digital marketing channels.
  • AI knowledge, a passion for AI, the ability to inspire teams and effectively represent ideas, and a business-oriented mindset.
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a can-do attitude.
  • Strong common sense and ownership.
  • High attention to detail, including precise and effective written/verbal communication in English.
