HMH is seeking a Field Sales Manager in Illinois to lead a high-performing sales team focused on Chicago Public Schools, driving sales and profit objectives through effective strategy and team development.
Responsibilities: Achieving sales goals, managing the sales pipeline, executing a strategic marketing plan, team leadership, and fostering collaboration across departments.
Skills: 5+ years in sales, sales management, educational sales experience preferred, proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce, strong communication and coaching abilities.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred, prior experience with Chicago Public Schools is strongly preferred.

The Field Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales and profit objectives within the assigned territory by hiring, training, and developing a high-performing sales team. This role focuses on managing the Chicago Public Schools (CPS) team of Account Executives while also serving as a Key Accounts Liaison to drive growth in select accounts across the region.
