Growth Marketing Intern

As a Growth Marketing Intern at Intellect, you’ll play a key role in supporting the execution of growth initiatives across various marketing channels. You'll contribute to creative content development, website content creation, and marketing experimentations.

We’re looking for someone analytical, creative, and proactive, with a strong interest in digital marketing and consumer psychology. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to data-driven strategies that drive real impact.

Marketing & Growth Execution

  • Write compelling ad copies and creative content for various channels. Collaborate with the creative team to ideate and test ad creatives
  • Conduct app store optimisation (ASO) experiments to improve visibility and conversions.
  • Assist with growth experiments for B2C telehealth using tools like MoEngage.

SEO & Content Strategy

  • Assist in keyword research for SEO-focused content planning across the website and landing pages.
  • Write monthly newsletters for Clinical Leads, covering key mental health topics and trends.

Analytics & Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)

  • Analyse user behaviour and engagement data to enhance landing page performance.
  • Conduct competitive research and suggest optimisations to improve conversion rates.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and Google Docs is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads) is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to tailor messaging to target audiences.
  • Knowledge of design tools such as Canva or Figma is a bonus.
  • Highly collaborative, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional team.
