Job Summary:

To lead and execute product development initiatives by creating innovative, functional, and cost-effective furniture designs that align with market trends, customer needs, and manufacturing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute new product designs and prototypes based on market research and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and sales, to ensure alignment of product concepts with business goals.
