Senior Graphic Designer - EST Working Hours (Remote)
ISTA Personnel Solutions South Africa - we are a global BPO company, partnering with a fast growing US-based marketing agency. We are seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer who can create visually compelling and brand-consistent designs across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, branding, and UX, with the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Working Hours: This role requires you to work EST hours Mon - Fri from 9am to 6pm EST (15h00 to 24h00 South African time - subject to change dependant on daylight savings)
- Internet Requirements: A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and the ability to support a wired Ethernet connection is mandatory. Applicants without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered.
- Power Backup: A reliable power backup solution is required to manage load shedding and power outages. Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered.
- Work Environment: This is a remote role for South African Citizens only.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in graphic design and branding.
- Proven track record (portfolio) of successfully delivering creative solutions for diverse industries.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong experience with Figma for wireframing and prototyping.
- Competence in Canva for creating quick, high-quality designs when needed.
- UX/UI design knowledge with the ability to create user-centered interfaces and experiences.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent written English skills – Ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented – Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining focus and quality.
- Strong time management skills – Capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset – Works well within a team while also being able to take ownership of projects.
