This role is a unique blend of strategic and operational responsibilities, offering the chance to drive our financial strategy while ensuring our day-to-day financial health. You will be responsible for overseeing budgeting, funding, and financial reporting. This is a high-impact role, and we’re looking for someone with a strong track record in finance and a passion for driving results.Responsibilities• Oversee the company's budgeting, financial forecasting, and capital raising efforts.• Manage treasury function, including cash flow planning, investment management, and risk mitigation.• Develop and maintain financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations and legislation.• Collaborate with senior management to understand and support strategic business decisions using financial data.• Use financial modeling to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.• Develop financial models to support valuation, planning, and forecasting.• Ensure all financial operations comply with federal and state laws.• Provide leadership and support to finance team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.• Drive the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks.• Retain constant awareness of the company’s financial position and act to prevent problems.Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
