Marketing Campaign Manager

About Juniper Square

Our mission is to unlock the full potential of private markets. Privately owned assets like commercial real estate, private equity, and venture capital make up half of our financial ecosystem yet remain inaccessible to most people. We are digitizing these markets, and as a result, bringing efficiency, transparency, and access to one of the most productive corners of our financial ecosystem. If you care about making the world a better place by making markets work better through technology – all while contributing as a member of a values-driven organization – we want to hear from you.

Juniper Square offers employees a variety of ways to work, ranging from a fully remote experience to working full-time in one of our physical offices. We invest heavily in digital-first operations, allowing our teams to collaborate effectively across 27 U.S. states, 2 Canadian Provinces, India, Luxembourg, and England. We also have a physical office in San Francisco, New York City, and Bangalore for employees who prefer to work in an office some or all of the time.

About your role

We’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Campaign Manager to join our Growth Marketing team. In this role, you'll lead high-impact campaigns that engage IR Directors, Fund Managers, and Finance leaders at Enterprise GPs in the private markets.

The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a strong background in integrated campaign planning. You thrive in cross-functional collaboration, can distill complex financial concepts into compelling marketing initiatives, and execute with a "get-it-done" mindset. If you're passionate about driving strategic, data-driven marketing in the private markets space, we want to hear from you!

What you’ll do

  • Working closely with Product Marketing, develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns to bring product and services to market in support of Juniper Square’s revenue targets.

  • Develop product and persona-based nurture programs to drive prospects through the funnel.

  • Leading with creativity and impact, own the messaging and test innovative approaches for laser-targeted Enterprise campaigns by geo/territory, partner, asset class, ABM, etc., leveraging all channels and marketing toolkit, including email, direct mail, outbound SDR/AE campaigns, display, paid social, etc.

  • Working closely with Sales Development, create engaging outbound campaigns targeting key personas across the buying team.

  • Develop and own the social media strategy, campaigns, calendar, and prioritization of requests. Manage the cross-functional social editorial board.

  • Amplify social share of voice, increase followers, and drive engagement across social platforms. Enable our internal teams to be good social stewards of our brand by promoting sharable content and creating programs to help standardize and elevate employees’ social presence.

  • Own, manage, and maintain all online business profiles across search engines, social platforms, review sites, etc.

  • Analyze campaign performance, delivering clear, actionable insights internally.

  • Continuously test and refine audience targeting, creative, messaging, offers, and measurement strategies.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in demand generation or integrated marketing in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally in private markets.

  • Proven success in executing omnichannel marketing campaigns—managing deliverables, activating across multiple channels, and measuring performance.

  • Strong project management skills, including developing project timelines and managing deadlines, managing multiple work streams and a busy calendar of campaign deliverables, working effectively with cross-functional teams, and keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.

  • Excellent communication and writing skills.

  • A proactive, high-energy mindset—you thrive on launching new campaigns, testing fresh ideas, and continuously raising the bar.

  • Experience working with marketing and collaboration tools, including Salesforce.com, Marketo, On24, Demandbase, Asana, Slack, and G-suite (or similar systems).

  • A plus, but not required: Experience in (or strong curiosity for) private equity and venture capital.

Compensation

Compensation for this position includes a base salary, equity, and a variety of benefits. The U.S. base salary range for this role is $110,000-$150,000. Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.

 Benefits include:

  • Health, dental, and vision care for you and your family

  • Life insurance

  • Mental wellness coverage

  • Fertility and growing family support

  • Flex Time Off in addition to company paid holidays

  • Paid family leave, medical leave, and bereavement leave policies

  • Retirement saving plans

  • Allowance to customize your work and technology setup at home

  • Annual professional development stipend
