As a BCBA at Kids on the Move, your primary responsibility involves developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans for children undergoing ABA therapy. You will work closely with our dedicated team to ensure that the needs of each child are met through evidence-based practices. Additionally, you will participate in ongoing assessments to monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary. Another important duty will be to guide and supervise behavior technicians, ensuring they are well-informed on the best methods of implementing treatment plans.

To qualify for the BCBA position at Kids on the Move, applicants must hold a Master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis or a related field. BCBA Certification and licensure as a Behavior Analyst (LBA) are also required; we support out-of-state BCBAs in obtaining local licensure. Additionally, having 1+ years of experience working with children, especially those with autism, is preferred, but newly graduated BCBAs are welcome to apply.
