About The Role
As the first designer on our marketing team, this role goes beyond content—you will also play a crucial role in building and shaping our brand identity. We are seeking a highly Content Marketing Manger to kick-off the creation of a content strategy for a diverse array of marketing collateral.
As a core member of the marketing team you will collaborate closely with leadership, UX/UI designers and our customer care team to develop creative content across the entire customer journey.
What You'll do:
Own and evolve the content marketing plan: Align content strategy with business goals, campaign themes, and key audience segments (ICPs) across global markets.
Create and manage engaging content: Develop content across formats and channels (e.g. blog, LinkedIn, customer stories, newsletters, videos) that addresses workplace mental health challenges and showcases how our solutions support HR leaders and decision-makers.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with the user content team, design, demand generation, sales, and external partners to co-create content that builds brand awareness and generates inbound leads.
Ensure content quality and consistency: Uphold editorial standards and manage production workflows and a scalable content library to deliver accurate, on-brand content—on time and with full team visibility.
Drive organic growth: Power a high-performing content engine using keyword research, AI tools, and performance insights to attract qualified traffic and convert high-intent prospects.
Act as an in-house expert: Stay up to date on mental health trends and workplace wellbeing topics, becoming Kyan’s trusted voice on the subject to ensure credibility and thought leadership in all content.
Who We're Looking For
Content Craft: You are a strong storyteller with 3–7 years of content marketing experience—particularly in B2B SaaS—skilled at creating impactful, well-edited content across formats and buyer journey stages.
Strategic Thinking: You know how to develop and evolve content strategies based on performance data, market insights, and input from GTM, product, and sales teams.
Project Ownership: You lead content projects from concept to completion—managing briefs, timelines, stakeholders, and external partners to deliver high-quality work on schedule.
Collaboration: You are a reliable team player who communicates clearly, welcomes feedback, and thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
Language Mastery: You are a native English speaker (or have near-native fluency) with sharp grammar, an eye for detail, and a tone that resonates. German is a plus.
Lifelong Learning: You are curious by nature, always exploring new trends, tools, and technologies—including AI—to solve challenges and improve your craft.
