The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their sales team. This remote in the U.S. position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a cutting-edge AI and voice technology startup.

What You'll Do

  • Generate new leads through multithreading (cold calling, email sequencing, LinkedIn outreach)

  • Serve as a brand ambassador at industry events

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas (meetings with decision-makers in a Mid-Market segment)

  • Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and industry events

  • Utilize CRM and sales tools to track sales performance, manage pipeline, and maintain client information 

  • Collaborate closely with the cross-functional teams to understand client needs 

  • Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape

What You Bring

  • 1-3 years of SaaS sales experience in an early-stage startup (Seed to Series B) in a BDR or similar outbound sales role

  • Excellent proficiency in multithreading (cold calling, email sequencing, LinkedIn outreach)

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Ideally, experience selling AI Voice Technology to C-level executives and Directors in a Mid-Market segment

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without visa sponsorship
