Claims Advocate

As a Claims Advocate Lead at Risk Services of Louisiana, you will be responsible for assisting the property/casualty risk and claims team. This includes managing client relationships, monitoring claims, analyzing claims data, and ensuring compliance with corporate practices. You'll also be expected to communicate with both internal teams and external insurance carriers, making status reports and following up on claims to uphold our high service standards.

To qualify for the Claims Advocate Lead position at Risk Services of Louisiana, you must have a Property & Casualty license (which can be obtained within 90 days of employment) and preferably 5-8 years of relevant agency experience. Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and proficient Microsoft Office skills are essential, as well as the ability to communicate effectively and analyze complex coverage issues.
