Čo bude vašou úlohou?

  • Postaráte sa o komplexné spracovanie mzdovej agendy vrátane výpočtu miezd, odvodov a daní v stanovených termínoch
  • Budete vykonávať uzávierkové práce súvisiace so spracovaním miezd a viesť príslušnú dokumentáciu
  • Zabezpečíte prihlasovanie a odhlasovanie zamestnancov v príslušných inštitúciách
  • Budete sledovať legislatívne zmeny v oblasti miezd a implementovať ich do praxe
  • Pripravíte výkazy a dokumenty, ktoré vyžaduje platná legislatíva
  • Budete overovať presnosť mzdových údajov a dohliadať na súlad výpočtov s právnymi a internými predpismi
  • Zabezpečíte správne platobné súbory a ich prenos do účtovníctva a financií
  • Budete komunikovať s externými inštitúciami (napr. daňové úrady, poisťovne, úrady práce) a internými oddeleniami (napr. účtovníctvo, daňové oddelenie, manažéri, zamestnanci)
  • Pripravíte štandardné aj ad-hoc reporty a štatistiky na interné a externé účely

Kvalifikácia

Čo od vás očakávame?

  • Máte ukončené stredoškolské alebo vysokoškolské vzdelanie v oblasti financií, účtovníctva, ľudských zdrojov alebo príbuznom odbore
  • Máte minimálne 5 rokov skúseností so spracovaním miezd vo výrobnej spoločnosti
  • Ovládate mzdové systémy a máte prehľad o HR procesoch
  • Dobre sa orientujete v legislatíve týkajúcej sa daní, miezd a sociálneho zabezpečenia
  • Vyznačujete sa analytickým myslením, dôrazom na detail a spoľahlivosťou
  • Disponujete výbornými organizačnými a komunikačnými schopnosťami, viete si stanoviť priority a dodržiavať termíny
  • Anglický jazyk ovládate na komunikatívnej úrovni (min. B2)
  • MS Office používate na pokročilej úrovni, najmä Excel (funkcie, kontingenčné tabuľky, ...) a PowerPoint

Základná zložka mzdy: od 2000 EUR brutto / mesiac + 13.ty plat. Finálna výška mzdy bude navrhnutá individuálne podľa skúseností kandidáta.
